Building Information Modelling (BIM) is rapidly changing how construction projects are designed, built and managed, and we have considerable experience in delivering co-ordinated projects within the BIM environment using the latest industry standard design and analysis software, such as Revit and NavisWorks.
Having recognised the importance of BIM at an early stage, we are fully equipped to provide precision structural and civil engineering input on both Government-procured and private sector development projects.
Our engineering teams are used to working in close collaboration with BIM project partners – from pre-construction through to completion – and we have successfully designed and delivered projects for leading UK contractors, including Wilmott Dixon, Kier and Galliford Try.

With all disciplines producing 3D building geometry, spatial coordination was achieved through regular design team meetings and the application of our own model review procedures with Navisworks.
Nunhead Green Housing Development
Collaborative working with the Architect enabled precise coordination of our Revit models to aid the delivery of an efficiently designed, but complex roof structure. IFC models were issued to the steel fabricator for production of connection design and fabrication drawings.
