A new build development of six high-quality 4-bedroom detached houses built on the former Crete Nursery horticultural site on Dappers Lane.
The original nursery outbuildings were demolished to make way for the contemporary designed homes, which feature shiplap weatherboarding and have been built using traditional construction methods.
The project was commissioned by property developers Countyoak Homes Ltd, who managed the build with their in-house construction team.
Gyoury Self provided full structural engineering services across the project.
As works needed to be undertaken in close proximity to trees in clay soil, careful consideration was given to this throughout all stages of design and construction.
