We are always delighted to provide engineering input on projects that preserve historical buildings of importance to the heritage of the local area. The St. Mary’s project involved a well-considered conversion of school buildings for use as offices for Brighton and Hove University Hospitals Trust.

The project involved complex alterations and refurbishment to buildings dating from the 1830’s through to the 1970’s.

The original school house was Grade II listed along with the front boundary wall, which required sympathetic repair and alteration for new gates. All materials had to match those originally used.
