Residential Property Extension, Surrey

Architectural plan of building extension

We recently produced structural designs for an interesting property extension project at Long Furrows in Cranleigh, Surrey.

Long Furrows, CranleighThe project involved engineering a high specification single storey extension for a detached property which was purpose built nearly 15 years ago.

The building extension will have piled foundations and ground beams, and the interior design features high ceilings with bespoke steel trusses and tie bars.

We are delighted to be working on this project with Alan Overton Builders, Performance Foundations and DHC Architects (who designed both the original building and the new extension).

The project at Long Furrows is now on site and is due for completion later this summer.

Updates on this project will be posted on our social channels, so please follow us for the latest information.
